To the Membership:

In accordance with Article VI, I would like to formally call the spring chapter meeting (as listed in the preliminary schedule of the 2010 auditions booklet) for Saturday, March 27, 2010 from 12:30 - 2:00 p.m. at Texas Woman's University.  The room location is TBA.  Box lunches were  pre-ordered as part of the registration packet.

I would also like to call a short meeting of the Board immediately preceding,from noon to 12:30 p.m.  Room location TBA.
