Chapter Luncheon Reservations

Box lunches during the Chapter luncheon meeting will be ordered from McAlister’s Deli. The choices are listed below. If you would like one, please mark your selection and send this form along with your audition entries. Cost is $8.00 per box lunch.

Menu Selections:

  • Tuna salad on a croissant sandwich, American cheese, lite mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, with chips.

  • McAlister’s Chef Salad: mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, ham, turkey, cheddar-jack, and croutons. Available with the following dressings: Honey Mustard, Greek, Ranch, Lite Ranch, Caesar, Thousand Island, Bleu Cheese, Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinaigrette, Fat-Free Chipotle Peach

  • Taco Salad with chili, mixed greens, cheddar-jack cheese, tomatoes, jalapenos, salsa and sour cream with tortilla chips.

  • Chicken Caesar wrap on a whole wheat wrap, Romaine, Casesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese, served with a pickle and seasonal fruit.

  • McAlister’s Club: turkey, ham, bacon, cheddar, swiss, lettuce, tomatoes, honey mustard, and lite mayo on toasted wheat bread. Includes pickle and potato salar.

Coffee and tea will be available. There are also soft drink machines.
